Further to a meeting of Lonan Parish Commissioners the Board has asked me to inform you that they have REFUSED the above Planning Application.

Grounds for Refusal:

The Board finds this development creates an adverse visual impact on adjoining properties, particularly those that are overlooked by the structure.

It is inappropriate and does not blend in with the surroundings.
