Approved plans
This permission relates to the erection of decking as shown in the submitted plans and photographs all received on 25th February, 2005.
Retain trellis balustrading
The trellis balustrading around the decking must be retained as shown for as long as the decking remains in place.
Landscaping scheme
Within three months of this notice becoming final the applicant must submit and have approved a landscaping scheme which will have the effect of softening the vertical emphasis of the structure and infilling the space beneath it.
Replace timber bracing
Within three months of the date of this notice, the timber cross bracing must be removed and replaced with wire braces such as those required at number 12, All Saint's Park or timberwork as proposed at number 8, All Saints' Park.
Landscaping implementation and maintenance
All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwellings, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
