Conditional No ObjectionI would have no objection if the higher, 6ft section of the fence is extended to the back of the summerhouse, rather than the front as envisaged in the plans at present.; I feel that the structure will be too dominant and will overlook our garden as it is and intrude into our privacy therein.; I would also ask that there is a time limit placed on the erection of the fence – certainly the lower initial section.
