Stairway details
Prior to the commencement of any works in connection with the new stairway to the basement, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee large-scale, detailed drawings of the stairway; these details should be prepared in consultation with the Department's Conservation Officer.

Subject to (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date-stamped 30th November 2004 except insofar as those drawings indicate the installation of Velux roof-lights at the rear.
