Conditional No ObjectionThe Commissioners would recommend that the application be APPROVED for planning purposes subject to the following conditions; The Commissioners note that the floor level of the proposed dwelling is shown as being 77.42 ie the same as the adjoining dwelling on Plot 25 and the proposed dwelling is of similar design and height.; No levels are shown on the roadway in front of the dwelling.; They are conscious of the criticism made following the construction of the dwelling on Plot 25 (and the similar dwelling on Plot 26) that they had been unnecessarily elevated in relation to the natural ground level and the road and consequently were visually intrusive when viewed from the surrounding area.; The Commissioners would recommend that the proposed floor level be lowered by a minimum of 1.5 metres to avoid a repetition of this criticism.
