Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This approval relates to drawing numbers SC775/PL/10-01 rev. A, SC775/PL10-02 rev.A and SC775/PL10-03 date stamped the 17th August 2004 and drawing numbers SC775/PL/10-04 and SC775/PL/12-01 date stamped the 16th March 2005.
Residential curtilages
Prior to the commencement of development a drawing that defines appropriate residential curtilages for the two dwelling must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.
Access and visibility splays
No other development shall commence until the access with the adopted highway, including visibility splays, has been set out and established to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.
Agricultural occupancy
The occupation of the dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employed in agriculture in the Island and including the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.

These buildings have a preservation order on them they are not allowed to be demolish. The proposed new buildings are not in keeping with the conservation area.; Commissioners still object to these plans. The Commissioners can't understand why there are two sets of proposals for the same property.; The Commissioners still wish to see the dwellings single storey and not great large houses (mansion type) which are suppose to be for agricultural workers.
