Time limit

This approval relates to the infilling of the site as shown in the drawings and information received in the form of the planning statement received on 6th July, 2004.
Pre-commencement works
Prior to the commencement of infilling the northwest corner of the site must be regraded to a smooth profile and sown with a grass mix suitable to calcareous down. Note: the advice of the Wildflowers of Mann Project and DAFF is recommended in this respect.
