Street scene: The site is within the Woodbourne Road Conservation Area. The proposed design is generally sympathetic and would, arguably, be an improvement on the 4 present single-storey approval. 5. Neighbours: There would be some impact on the rear outlet to No. 16, but there have been discussions, the coping of the new building is no higher than the cills of the first floor windows, and there is no objection submitted. 6. Environment: There would be a reasonable outlook, good light, and an adequate general environment.
