This approval relates to the resurfacing of the existing recreation area, erection of fencing, retaining walls, ramps, new pedestrian access, landscaping and drainage as shown in drawing reference A001 Rev H received on 23rd November, 2004.
Lighting details
This approval also relates to the erection of lighting in the positions shown in drawing A001 Rev H. However, no lighting may be erected until such times as details of the height and design of the columns and luminaries have been approved by the Planning Authority: such lighting must illuminate only the recreation facilities and not intrude into the amenities of adjacent property.
