Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the erection of a replacement dwelling and new garage and access all as shown in drawing 050421-01 received on 22nd August, 2005.
Materials - windows and cills
The subcills must be pre-formed concrete cills to a depth of 0.15m and the windows all timber framed sliding sashes all as shown in the approved drawing.
Stream setback
No part of the development, or any other works may be undertaken within 10m of the existing stream. Note: the applicant is advised to liaise with the Inland Fisheries Section of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry in respect to works undertaken on site.
Stream diversion method statement
Prior to the commencement of works on site the applicant must supply to the Department of Transport's Drainage Division a full method statement relating to the proposed stream diversion and the applicant must ensure that all written permissions are obtained from the Land Drainage Engineer of the Department of Transport for any works on the watercourse. The proposed surface water discharge to the watercourse must be via a spillway which must be constructed to the satisfaction of the Drainage Division.
