Restricted permitted development - no extensions etc except roof lights
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flagpoles, decking, windows (except roof lights), garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval).
Remove central rear roof light
Within one month of this approval becoming final the central rooflight to the rear of the property shall be removed in accordance with drawing number 10 0726/11.
