This approval relates to the works shown in drawings 4948-01, -02, -03, -4 and-5 all received on 16th June, 2004 and 2361/4 received on 16th September, 2004.
Trailing plants on wall
The perimeter walling must include troughs in which trailing plants must be introduced to trail down the wall and soften its appearance. This planting must be introduced no later than the first planting season following the completion of the works. Such planting must be the subject of a further plan for approval by the Planning Committee to be submitted no later than six weeks following the date of this notice as it becomes final. Note: the applicant should also investigate the possibility of securing netting to the wall to soften its appearance and to which new trailing plants may cling and grown more quickly.
Landscaping maintenance
All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwellings, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
