Conditional No ObjectionNo adverse traffic impacts, subject to the imposition of the following conditions; The details of the estate road construction shall comply with Manx Roads 2.; An agreement under S4 of the Highways Act 1986 must be entered into
Conditions requested: No other works shall be commenced on site until the estate road junction with the adopted highway, including where required visibility splays, has been set out and established to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority, all in accordance with drawing No 04/216/100/009.; Before the dwellings to which this permission refers are occupied there shall be a direct connection from them to an existing highway, via a footway and carriageway which are adequately lighted and completed up to and including base course level of the approved specification to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.; No dwelling on the site shall be occupied until the parking facilities and vehicular access(es) have/has been completed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority before being brought into use, and such facilities shall thereafter be so retained.; No works shall be commenced on the penultimate dwelling on the site until the estate road has been completed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.; On completion, the proposed development will become a Home Zone. Home Zone features at the access point(s) shall be constructed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.
