In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Braddan Parish Commissioners
Proposal: Erection of a utility/store extension to replace existing store to rear of at: 2/4 Snugborough Avenue Union Mills Braddan
which was considered on 30 June 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the reconstruction of the rear outlets of numbers 2 and 4, Snugborough Avenue as shown in drawing B102 received on 11th May, 2004.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
