In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the application made by you on behalf of: Braddan Parish Commissioners

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the reconstruction of the rear outlets of numbers 2 and 4, Snugborough Avenue as shown in drawing B102 received on 11th May, 2004.

3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
