- The removal of the chimney will visually unbalance the pair and be detrimental not only to the appearance of these prominent buildings but also to the streetscape in general.
Note: no explanation has been provided to clarify why the chimney has to be removed.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
