- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the removal of the existing door and frame and its replacement with a frame as shown in the elevational sketch received on 28th May, 2004 and the installation of a "Taft One" door as shown in the information received on 16th July, 2004.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
