1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the removal of the existing door and frame and its replacement with a frame as shown in the elevational sketch received on 28th May, 2004 and the installation of a "Taft One" door as shown in the information received on 16th July, 2004.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
