Specific use areas

Workshop hours
The workshop may only be used as such between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive.
Cessation of car sales
In event of this approval being taken up, all car sales from the premises must cease.

Full support for this application. This change of use will be for the general benefit of the Community in providing a retail Garden Centre in particular and improving the retail facilities in general in the Village. There is already adequate car showroom space at Michael Car Centre.
DoT Highways and Michael Commissioners both raised no objection to the change of use application, while David Cannan expressed full support.
