GP2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning and Area Plan proposals if it respects site surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, design, character, amenity, access, road safety, and other criteria including no adverse impact on landscape, habitats, or traffic. The officer tested the minor wall removal against these, finding it compliant as a very minor alteration in a works-zoned site with no adverse impacts on character, access, or amenity. Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
