- The site comprises the curtilage of a terraced house on Allan Street.
- Proposed is the installation of replacement windows -
front PVC frames tilting upper half
- Not within a Conservation Area.
- The houses in Allan Street are plain, and many have PVC-framed replacement windows. In fact, generally, those with replacement windows appear better-looked-after than those without.
Recommendation:-
The replacement windows should have slimmer frames than that illustrated, but the general idea is acceptable. I will discuss with the agent.
