1. The site comprises the curtilage of a terraced house on Allan Street.
2. Proposed is the installation of replacement windows -
front
PVC frames
tilting upper half
3. Not within a Conservation Area.
4. The houses in Allan Street are plain, and many have PVC-framed replacement windows. In fact, generally, those with replacement windows appear better-looked-after than those without.

## Recommendation:-

The replacement windows should have slimmer frames than that illustrated, but the general idea is acceptable. I will discuss with the agent.
