Proposal: Erection of a replacement conservatory at: Hampton Court Quines Hill Port Soderick Braddan IM4 1AZ which was considered on 9 July 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the removal of an existing conservatory and erection of new one all as shown in drawings reference $3926 / 1,3926 / 2$ and $3926 / 3$ a all received on 17 th March, 2004.
- The conservatory may be framed either in timber or aluminium.
Note: the applicant is recommended to consider a timber frame as this would result in a finer frame more appropriate to this building which is of architectural interest.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
