1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the removal of an existing conservatory and erection of new one all as shown in drawings reference $3926 / 1,3926 / 2$ and $3926 / 3$ a all received on 17 th March, 2004.
3. The conservatory may be framed either in timber or aluminium.

Note: the applicant is recommended to consider a timber frame as this would result in a finer frame more appropriate to this building which is of architectural interest.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
