The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Boundary hedge protection
Prior to the commencement of building operations, there must be erected a barrier which will protect the boundary hedge from damage during construction works; should there be any such damage, this must be remedied by appropriate replanting once construction has finished.
