The site is currently occupied by a plumbers/merchants and the proposal would provide 3, 3 storey dwellings with integral parking. There are two storey dwellings opposite the site and three storey to the rear. The buildings to the rear would be some 5 m from the resultant dwellings which is considered to be unacceptable for both existing and proposed future occupiers.
