Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 04/00248/A On Review
- The development of the application site would result in the loss of amenity space for occupiers of Capella and a cramped dwelling within the streetscene. In addition, the proposed development would impact adversely on occupiers of adjacent properties.
- The current capacity of the Glencrutchery Water Treatment Works is such that the Water Authority cannot guarantee a supply of fresh potable water to the development.
- The proposal would result in the loss of trees on the site which currently make a positive contribution to the streetscene.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
