Extension Of Time ### Item For Delegated Consideration TO: Secretary of the Planning Committee FROM: Anthony Holmes, Planning Officer DATE: 13th February 2006 PA 04/00277/A - Approval in principle for the erection of a double garage with granny flat over, to replace existing detached single garage to side of 1 Cardle Cottages, Corony, Maughold. The Director of Planning & Building Control is requested to consider a request for an extension of time of the approval for the above approved planning application. The existing approval is currently due to expire on the 26th May 2006. The applicant has not given any reason to explain why they are seeking the extension other than to say that they have been unable to proceed. I am not aware of any material changes in circumstance that relate to the planning application. Given that the existing approval does not expire for another three months I recommend that the approval be extended by another 12 months from now.
