## Extension Of Time ### Item For Delegated Consideration **TO:** Secretary of the Planning Committee **FROM:** Anthony Holmes, Planning Officer **DATE:** 13th February 2006 PA 04/00277/A - Approval in principle for the erection of a double garage with granny flat over, to replace existing detached single garage to side of 1 Cardle Cottages, Corony, Maughold. The Director of Planning & Building Control is requested to consider a request for an extension of time of the approval for the above approved planning application. The existing approval is currently due to expire on the 26th May 2006. The applicant has not given any reason to explain why they are seeking the extension other than to say that they have been unable to proceed. I am not aware of any material changes in circumstance that relate to the planning application.
