04/00013/B Erection of a storage building to replace existing store, field 514302, site opposite Tanyard House, St. Mark's Road, Santon.

The Commissioners are concerned that, although this site is in use by the applicant, there are always road safety considerations at this location just as there were when approval was refused for a dwelling (01/02123/A). It would be undesirable to encourage access by vehicles to a large new shed on the site.

Was planning approval ever given for the existing shed at the site?
