- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawing 03/2501/1a received on 19th February, 2004 and the site plan received on 22nd January, 2004.
- The windows in the extension must be sliding sash, irrespective of material, where each opening is subdivided into two equal halves one on top of the other except for the living room windows which should be subdivided into two equal halves one beside the other. Any amendment to this must first be approved by the Planning Committee after consultation with the Laxey Village Commissioners.
- This approval also includes the replacement of the existing windows with sliding sash irrespective of material where each opening is subdivided into two lights one on top of the other.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
