Window details in extension
The windows in the extension must be sliding sash, irrespective of material, where each opening is subdivided into two equal halves one on top of the other except for the living room windows which should be subdivided into two equal halves one beside the other. Any amendment to this must first be approved by the Planning Committee after consultation with the Laxey Village Commissioners.
Replacement of existing windows
This approval also includes the replacement of the existing windows with sliding sash irrespective of material where each opening is subdivided into two lights one on top of the other.
