In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of:
Mr D M Keefe \& Ms J M Rodgers Proposal: Conversion of redundant farm buildings to a single dwelling at:
Mullinaragher Mullinaragher Road St. Marks Ballasalla IM9 3AQ which was considered on 30 July 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the Sheets $1 \& 2$ date stamped 20th January 2004, and Sheet 3 date stamped 10th June 2004.
- Prior to the commencement of the development a window sample must be submitted for consideration and approval by the Planning Committee.
- Prior to the commencement of building works a sample of the slate must be approved by the Planning Authority.
- Prior to the commencement of the development, a sample panel of stonework must be prepared (to indicate lime mortar pointing) on site for inspection by the Conservation Officer and approval by the Planning Committee.
- Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant must advise and give access to the Conservation Officer in order that a photographic record of the building may be undertaken.
- The development hereby approved shall not be commenced until such time as the new water treatment works supplying the eastern supply area has been commissioned, or an adequate potable water supply is available to site, to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee, in consultation with the Isle of Man Water Authority.
NOTE Measures must be in place to ensure the construction works do not cause pollution or disturbance to the nearby watercourse.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
