Proposal: Installation of uPVC windows to replace existing at: $\quad 14$ Nursery Avenue Onchan IM3 4HG which was considered on 20 February 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement door and windows as shown in the photographs and information received on 23rd January, 2004 and the installation in the front elevation of the door shown at 7 of 11 of the information provided by Manx Glass and Glazing Ltd.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
