- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers $356 / 01 \mathrm{~A}, 356 / 02 \mathrm{~B}$ and letter dated 16th January 2004, submitted as part of this application.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with a structural engineer prior to undertaking works in relation to the existing stone wall to the rear of the site.
NOTE The applicants attention is drawn to the Noise Assessment Report prepared by the Environmental Protection Unit of the Department of Local Government and the Environment in respect of the proposed lobby.
