Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
- This approval in principle relates to the development of a single storey extension to the rear of the property for use as staff accommodation associated with the existing shop.
- This approval is granted on the basis that it is an alternative scheme to that approved under PA01/1943 for the conversion of the attic space into living accommodation. In the event of this approval being taken up the attic space must remain as storage only.
- The extension must be no closer to the north western and south eastern boundaries than 3 metres.
- The extension must be no closer to the south western boundary than 5 metres.
- No living accommodation is permitted in the roof space of the proposed extension.
- The reserved matters application must indicate parking for at least one vehicle behind the building line.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
