The extension must be no closer to the north western and south eastern boundaries than 3 metres.
South-western boundary setback
The extension must be no closer to the south western boundary than 5 metres.
No roofspace living accommodation
No living accommodation is permitted in the roof space of the proposed extension.
Parking provision
The reserved matters application must indicate parking for at least one vehicle behind the building line.
Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
