- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the $1: 1500$ location plan and drawing number $03 / 73 / 01$ date stamped 9th October 2003.
- Prior to the commencement of works a sample of the proposed brick to be used in the development must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.
- All the roof(s), with the exception of that proposed to be constructed using copper, must be finished in dark natural slate.
- For the avoidance of doubt, this approval only relates to material changes to the dwelling. This approval must be read in conjunction with conditions 2,3 and 4 of planning permission $01 / 00 / \mathrm{B}$, which also applies to this application.
