1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the $1: 1500$ location plan and drawing number $03 / 73 / 01$ date stamped 9th October 2003.
3. Prior to the commencement of works a sample of the proposed brick to be used in the development must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.
4. All the roof(s), with the exception of that proposed to be constructed using copper, must be finished in dark natural slate.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, this approval only relates to material changes to the dwelling. This approval must be read in conjunction with conditions 2,3 and 4 of planning permission $01 / 00 / \mathrm{B}$, which also applies to this application.
