Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.
Equestrian use only
The building hereby approved may only be used for equestrian purposes.
Removal if use ceases
In the event that it is no longer used or required for the stabling of agricultural animals and storage of associated equipment the building hereby approved shall be removed and the ground restored to its former condition, within 6 months of the date the use ceased.
Private equestrian use only
The stable hereby approved must be used only for private equestrian purposes and shall not be used for any commercial or livery use.
Screening details
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the proposed screening of the eastern elevation from the adjacent highway shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department showing details of proposed hedgerows/screening and a programme of implementation. All landscaping works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details within the first planting season following completion of the development.
Access and parking position acceptable; private facility only with condition requested; do not oppose subject to private stabling condition.
Marown Parish Commissioners raised no objection to the application. DOI Highways initially requested additional information on access, parking, and use but subsequently confirmed no opposition subject to a condition restricting use to private stabling.
