- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The first floor space in the proposed garage may be used only for storage incidental to the enjoyment of "The Cottage" as a dwelling.
- There must be no windows in the rear elevation of the proposed garage.
- Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawing number 03/2449/1 date stamped 29th October 2003 and 03/2449/2a date stamped 19th November 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
