1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. The first floor space in the proposed garage may be used only for storage incidental to the enjoyment of "The Cottage" as a dwelling.

3. There must be no windows in the rear elevation of the proposed garage.

4. Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawing number 03/2449/1 date stamped 29th October 2003 and 03/2449/2a date stamped 19th November 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
