- This approval relates only to the alterations and extensions proposed in respect of the cottage as shown on drawing numbers $2627 / 3,2627 / 4,2627 / 2$ and $2627 / 1$. No approval is hereby granted to the conversion of the existing outbuildings to tourist accommodation.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
