1. This approval relates only to the alterations and extensions proposed in respect of the cottage as shown on drawing numbers $2627 / 3,2627 / 4,2627 / 2$ and $2627 / 1$. No approval is hereby granted to the conversion of the existing outbuildings to tourist accommodation.
2. The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
