Proposal: Erection of two dwellings to replace existing garage/outbuilding at: Garage Gladstone House Gladstone Avenue Ramsey IM8 2LE which was considered on 16 January 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the $1: 50$ plans and elevations date stamped the 19th August 2003 and the 1:500 and 1:1000 site and location plan date stamped the 16th December 2003.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.
NOTE The Planning Committee wish to highlight that the adjacent road is unadopted and that the applicant should suitably advise any potential purchasers of the dwellings of the future potential cost that may be incurred in having the road adopted.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
