In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

Formation of a vehicle hardstanding and access, to side of 2 Mountfield Road Onchan IM3 4AD which was considered on 29 October 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Secretary Planning Committee Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the creation of off-road car parking facilities as shown in drawings received on 17 th September 2003.
- The parking area may be finished in concrete or paviors. Other finishes may be acceptable, subject to approval by the Planning Committee.
NOTE The approved works include the provision of a vehicle footway crossing in accordance with Manx Roads 2. Permission must be obtained from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport prior to the undertaking of any works within the highway.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
