Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the creation of off-road car parking facilities as shown in drawings received on 17 th September 2003.
3. The parking area may be finished in concrete or paviors. Other finishes may be acceptable, subject to approval by the Planning Committee.

NOTE The approved works include the provision of a vehicle footway crossing in accordance with Manx Roads 2. Permission must be obtained from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport prior to the undertaking of any works within the highway.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
