Application No: 0985 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited YES/NO The site lies at the northern end of Ballerend Road and represents the holding of Ballerend, formed for a long time (generations) by the Shinnin family. PA 00/1251 prepared the principle of a further dwelling—single storey to better accommodate MS. Shinnin, the then applicants' maker. Permission was granted, despite on appeal by Shinnin Commissioners. The conditions of approval required that the house was not larger than 180°m, traditionally styled and the plan submitted showed a siting close to the existing farm buildings. The need for the new dwelling has changed as far as the maker, MS. Shinnin passed away not long ago. The approval principle expired on 27.7.03; this application was prepared on 28.7.03 and received by us on 4.8.03. Peter for discussion. The house is 160°m and the siting complies with the policy.
