In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alterations and extensions to rear elevation as shown in drawing numbers AT 1060.1, AT 1060.2 Rev 1, AT 1060.3 and location plan date stamped 18th March 2011.
- The window to be formed in the south facing wall of the extension shall only be glazed or re-glazed with obscure glass.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
