- The proposed dwelling would result in an over-development of a limited site and provide a poor outlook and environment for future occupiers by reason of its location at the rear of Wavecrest and directly adjacent to the Commissioners car park.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
